Client Portfolio for Admin assistants
AJ del Pino
Our scribes/admin assistants are assigned a client portfolio, not assigned to a practitioner. There is no way for admins to effectively manage their clients to ensure all refills are completed, all notes are closed out, diagnosis added, invoices sent and paid, claims processed, claims paid, next appointment scheduled - there are so many things that an admin is responsible for following up on for each client, but it is difficult for them to keep on top of it all without being "assigned" the client in their portfolio and being able to report on what is missing and needs follow-up on.

Seconded.
