It would be great to have another tracker/counter icon at the top of the screen (by the task, notification, and messaging icons) indicating if a new fax has arrived.
Right now the fax list is 'out of sight, out of mind' and I tend to forget to check them regularly.
I am the sole provider with no admin staff, so I'm the only one looking at it.
For larger practices, this may need to be limited based on assigned permissions for each role. A fully staffed office, may not want the providers interrupting the admin work flow.
