Currently in order for us to rename an incoming fax from SRFax we have to also assign it to a patient chart at the same time. This does not work for us as we often receive the fax prior to having the patient’s profile setup. By allowing us to rename the incoming fax it would help us avoid having to open every single unassigned fax in order to figure out what patient it belongs to. We often have one 100 unassigned faxes waiting in queue.
