Client Initials vs Client Name on Google Calendar sync

I posted a comment on another poster's request, but that was dated 8/19/2022 and there had been no response from PracticeQ on this request. So I'm posting it as new here.
I'd like to see the option to show only the clients' initials on the sync with Google calendar rather than the limiting options of only either showing the client's full name or no information on the client at all. It's helpful to know who I'll be seeing each given day, but I don't want to risk having the identity of the client shared by anyone who happens to be in the area I'm working or when I glance at the calendar on my phone in public. If it's possible to get more advanced in differentiating between clients who may share the same initial, to have the first 2 letters of the client's first name and last name in the Google calendar.
It's extremely risky to have the client's full name show on the Google calendar and can reveal a client's PHI. Please consider this request as a priority. Thanks!

Be able to see client initials when choosing "Hide client name" in the google calendar sync (just like it does when choosing this in PQ calendar)

Be able to see clients' first name and last initial in the Google calendar sync. It would be great to have the options to: display full name, hide full name, display initials or display first name & last initial. Thanks!

It is really problematic for me that the calendar integration with google does not show initials of clients. I am actually thinking of leaving intakeq because of the issues i've had with the calendar. somehow I double booked myself because the google calendar only showed the appointment and not the double booking and even though I've repeatedly tried to change the color for the other calendars that integregate with intakeq it never stays in that color. it changes it to blue. So all the other calendars I deal with are in blue on the intakeq calendar. Its a problem

It would be very helpful to have an option for syncing with google calendar that included initials, only. I need both the time and the patient on my calendar, but cannot use full name (only current option) secondary to privacy.

I was just going to request this feature, which I've been thinking about since signing up with IntakeQ in 2020! And I saw it had already been suggested, but there hasn't been any response from IntakeQ.
I do not like the limited options to either show the full client name in Google calendar or to hide client name completely. It is irresponsible to have the full client name shown, and it is impractical to completely hide any information on who I will be seeing that day when looking at the Google calendar. Client initials would not only helpful; not having this option is extremely risky. Please prioritize adding the option to convert client full names to client initials with the Google calendar sync. Or, if we want to get more advanced, to list the first 2 letters of the client's first name and last name. Thanks.

Initials would be extremely useful. This would also adhere better to the Hipaa & GDPR regulations

If you go to Bookings->booking settings->sync, make sure that box is not checked for “hide names in google calendar.”
I use google calendar and haven’t experienced this issue before but
just a quick thought- might be helpful to send in a help ticket through google workspace for your calendar question. They might be able to help with some behind the scenes options that you’re not aware of.

Any updates on this? I would love this feature for when working in public spaces on admin things and I have my calendar up
