In group messaging, it would be helpful to @mention a specific person and have notifications based on those mentions. Currently if you have many people in a group message, the information may not be pertinent to all members. This would help with that.

This absolutely! We also want to be able to @ team members in patient messages. For instance, if a patient messages the provider with a question about billing, I want to be able to tag the billing specialist so they can reply directly to the patient. Agree with flagging urgent items as well.
