Automatically request a treatment plan

As a talk therapist clinician, I need the reminder to complete a tx plan for a new client after intake. Not having that request/ reminder and no way to see it as incomplete makes my job very difficult in making sure every client has an attached tx plan.

Having reminders for 6 month tx plan would also be helpful - we are using automations for this but it is cumbersome. You can set an automation to send you a task to complete the tx plan as soon as the intake session is done. However, to do the 6 month reminder, you have to let it sit in your due tasks for 6 months. We should be able to say "set automation task to send 6 months after xx appointment type"
