Agreed! Right now, we ask "if" people will put a card on file in the questionnaire, and tag it as cconfile if they say yes- but if they never complete the credit card consent form, the tag is a lie. Same with release of information. "Will you do a consent" is in the intake packet and triggers the ROI to be attached and a tag to be added, but again, it doesn't tell us the consent is complete just that it was sent to the client. Tagging consents would be a huge improvement.

Great suggestion. In the meantime you may consider having that kind of question in demographic/patient info sections of intake and update forms.

You could also use a brief contact preferences update form for that purpose for those who are already in your database.
