I transitioned from SimplePractice, while your platform is more affordable, there's some sticker shock with the integrations. For instance, Heidi. I think you picked one of the most expensive options. In some cases, it's more than 6 times the price of others. It's twice the price of SP's AI Notetaker.

I use a different one that I've found quite helpful, and it is much less expensive ($20/mo) and does a lot more than Heidi - perfect for what I do as a testing psychologists. Just wish Heidi wasn't our only option. I found their account management difficult and then the price was much more than PQ said it would be - and they require you to pay a year upfront, so if a clinician leaves, you're out of luck as it is non-refundable. I was trying to sign up a clinician (who needs this as an accommodation), as an account manager it required both of us to have a subscription to do this. Which would have been over $2500.

Mehran Farid I will have to check this out. I ended up trying out Bastion and stayed on after the free trial...But it's not ideal for counseling sessions.
