1) Add reimbursify claims to claims list.

I have no idea if Reimbursify has run a claim for a patient. It would be great for these to appear in the 'claims' tab-- even if it is "read only". Right now I have to go to the separate reimbursify website to find this information.

2) Allow notes/files to be tagged as "add to claim" and auto attach pdf to claim

Every insurance company wants information that cannot be found on the claim form. They want anesthesia start and stop times which are found in the anesthesia record. It would be great to have a check box to click to add files to the claim.
