Client Retention Rate Tracking

The thing most practices are trying to get a handle on is which clinicians churn clients versus who has good retention. I would suggest that we have this in the appointment analytics or in another report by provider.
Specifically, it would be helpful to know, what percentage of clients with a provider show for 1-3 sessions, 4-7 sessions, or 8 or more sessions.
Also, tracking by referral source would be great.

We do this by changing the note label in the client timeline “SOAP note 1 of 12”
