Allow submitted forms to be resent for edits

This feature exists. If you are viewing the form in the timeline, there is a menu on the right side. If you click "More", there is an option to "Reject Form". If you reject the form, it lets you annotate the fields that you want the patient to revise.

Rob Horn I see this is only for intake forms. I have this happen a lot with my ROI's and I don't see this feature on that type of form. Is there a way to build the form to have this option available?

Alex Johnson If your release form is a Consent Form, then maybe not. I use a Questionnaire Form for my releases. If this is happening often enough, it might be worth it to change the release to a Questionnaire Form so you can send it back.

Rob Horn I was just coming on here to say the same thing. We have this issue constantly with ROIs (consent form) as well. That was my main reason for submitting for this feature.
