There should be a way to run a report with a list of clients who had an appointment but dont have a follow-up scheduled so that practioners can follow-up with clients who have dropped off

I go to lists --> clients --> and change the date to the oldest visit and find them that way

I feel like this has been asked for numerous times. We all have those clients we lose to follow up and tracking them gives us useful tools. Tracking and messaging them, but also just identifying them so we can figure out if there is a process change that needs to be implemented.
