Currently there is the option to fill out an intake questionnaire and have it redirect to the booking page. We would love to have the opposite order - so that someone can see our availability and schedule before they fill out the form.

We realize the form can be sent by email after the appointment is booked but would be convenient to just redirect the page and give the option to complete all the steps at once and would better ensure that people do actually fill it out.
