There should be an added option to allow the patients to reschedule from their phone. So instead of 'YES" for confirmation, and "NO" for cancel. Allow "1" for confirm, "2" for reschedule, and "3" for cancel.

For me I only want a confirm. I do not allow reschedules for my particular practice. This should only be optional for us.

So, if they clicked on 2 for reschedule, would it take them to the calendar so they can reschedule... or would it just be a message letting me know (I don't have staff). If the latter, then what. If the former.... AWESOME!
