Providers can sign notes without completing the diagnosis. Either the ability to mark the diagnosis as required so it prevents the note from locking or some other way to prevent this from happening.

Integrate AI/LLM technology to turn completed forms into text that summarizes background information about the patient. The level of verbosity should be flexible (e.g., complete sentences vs. fragments; voice/tone of language). The outline/format of the information could follow the section names of the forms, and clinicians could set the order that the info is summarized. I would like to see birthday reminders to me as a provider so I can personally remember remember them on their birthdays.
