Intake form to structured text via AI/LLM integration

Integrate AI/LLM technology to turn completed forms into text that summarizes background information about the patient. The level of verbosity should be flexible (e.g., complete sentences vs. fragments; voice/tone of language). The outline/format of the information could follow the section names of the forms, and clinicians could set the order that the info is summarized.
Maybe look at AWS, OpenAI.

It's been half a year since this has been under review. Kindly feel free to reach out if I can help connect you with resources at OpenAI - this to me seems the best path forward. Perhaps PracticeQ customers could link their ChatGPT Pro accounts (paid separately) in a HIPAA secure path for working with patient information.

A lot has happened since the original request (1.5 years ago). OpenAI's processes for Healthcare should make this integration fairly straightforward, as there are a lot of organizations doing similar integrations.
Here is a use case with similar data concerns, illustrating how OpenAI is making information more accessible to patients:
The Deep Research features are even more interesting - it would be possible to have AI-based case consultation for each client, keeping threaded notes and conversations to enhance the quality of care over time. Perhaps this should be its own feature request
