Please!!! You'd actually make money from this too, so I can't see why you wouldn't do this? You guys charge us once we hit our cap of texts so this would be an additional revenue stream for IntakeQ and make it easier for us as well.

Bulk portal messaging does NOT work correctly either.

We've asked this for SEVERAL years. I thought it was supposed to roll out this past year. We currently use Oui for our phone and texting system. Our patients MUCH prefer a text over a phone call.

If this is in regards to the portal messages to send a bulk message to every client than I absolutely agree.
