I will like this feature. Upon review, it states “ Includes 2,000 SMS and 5,000 Emails
$9.95/month for additional 1,000 SMS or 1,000 Emails $20/location after the first location” However there are only options for Engage Plus and Premium which is 99.99 and 119.90 a month? Seems steep.

Please!!! You'd actually make money from this too, so I can't see why you wouldn't do this? You guys charge us once we hit our cap of texts so this would be an additional revenue stream for IntakeQ and make it easier for us as well.

We've asked this for SEVERAL years. I thought it was supposed to roll out this past year. We currently use Oui for our phone and texting system. Our patients MUCH prefer a text over a phone call.

If this is in regards to the portal messages to send a bulk message to every client than I absolutely agree.
