Insurance companies are starting to issue reimbursements in the form of a credit card. This is typically months after the patient has paid their surgery balance and submitted a superbill for OON reimbursement. It would be nice to have a workflow to process the payment, credit the patient, and issue a refund (minus all the credit card fees that exist now that they don't issue a check).
