I’d like to suggest adding a Welcome Page feature that appears when patients log in to their portal. This page could serve as a customizable space for our clinic to share updates, announcements, or helpful information with patients - such as office hours, holiday closures, new services, medication refill reminders, or educational resources.
Having a centralized, easy-to-update welcome section would:
  • Improve patient communication and engagement.
  • Reduce repetitive inquiries about common questions.
  • Allow staff to share time-sensitive updates quickly.
  • Enhance the overall patient experience within the portal.
Ideally, this page could be easily edited by administrative staff and could include options for brief text, images, or links.
