It would be helpful if there were some sort of wait list that enabled posting a client's name and requested date/details. At this time I keep it on paper and it would be so helpful to have as part of the whole PQ system. Thanks.

Hi all, we are gearing up to begin an Early Access program for our patient engagement suite of features we are calling Engage. Engage Premium will include a waitlist feature called Easy Fill. We have limited room for Early Access participation. It will require that you adopt and test all patient engagement features, which requires disabling your existing PQ patient reminders and adopting the new patient reminder system in Engage Premium. Would love to be able to use this apart for the booking/appointments in IntakeQ. We do not currently use that feature but would love to be able to keep track of patient requests within IntakeQ

Hello! I think a waitlist tool would be very useful. Allowing organization by length of time waiting, evals vs treats for new or established clients, their preferred dates/times, etc.
