I hav been requesting this for 7 years. If other EMRs can do it, I don't understand why it is so difficult for IQ. We may have to switch to Jane or Cerna, in we can't get this feature. It's costing us too much time and money. I love IQ otherwise.

This has been under review for at least 2 years now. When will this get implemented? It is a HUGE time suck to manage this manually. It has me considering leaving for Jane and I don't want to as I really value IntakeQ customer support and not to mention transferring patient files. Please keep us posted on where you all are at with this feature!!

I would be infinitely grateful if we could get a way to manage prospective clients (leads) integrated with IntakeQ. I have always had to manage it outside of any practice management system, and have never found an efficient (and really secure) way. It causes so much stress! An idea I had was that it would be a a separate list to capture all prospective clients, with a way to capture data (referral sources etc). Then for clients who are appropriate, they can flagged for the waitlist for when openings become available. I have previously managed with Excel, but it's a pain trying to keep that secure, and accessible from various locations.

We allow families to book services as events and limit the event to a set number based on capacity limits of our facility; however, we would like families who sign up after all spots are booked to have the option of joining a waitlist and being automatically confirmed in the case of someone cancelling their appointment.
