Wait List

It would be helpful if there were some sort of wait list that enabled posting a client's name and requested date/details. At this time I keep it on paper and it would be so helpful to have as part of the whole PQ system. Thanks.

Frustrating that this is the only way to get a waitlist feature. The current system already has the ability to send out appointment reminders, scheduling reminders, etc. A lot of what is included here is repetitive and unnecessary unless someone is looking for marketing support.

Super disappointed in the released waitlist feature.

Here's my suggestion. It works for us: (previously posted Oct. 1 & 5, 2024)
Try this...add a blue box at the top of each date in Bookings by clicking on the 5am row, type... "Waitlist:" after the colon add patient name & time preference...Mr.X (am) Ms.XX (pm) Mrs.XXX (any). When a cxl, call the first one, if they accept, delete their name from the blue box. I hope this helps! (I finally got a screenshot uploaded.)

With all due respect, the fact that you are trying to charge so much for features that should be STANDARD, especially with what you're already charging us, is ridiculous. Super disappointed with this and will be considering moving to a new EMR at this point.

I agree with many of these comments, our practice is not able to pay for an extra offering for a waitlist function, which in my opinion should be a part of the system already. Waitlists are a very common thing at many different practices, and combining it into a different package offering with an expensive price point communicate sthat this is not a high priority for your team.
Please come up with a different solution!

Agreeing with all the rest of the comments that a wait-list feature only being available for a steep additional cost defeats the purpose. Please move it to the base subscription!

I’ve been eagerly waiting for this feature for about a year, so I’m really disappointed to see the waitlist included in the Engage bundle instead of built into the existing EMR that we all already pay for.
A waitlist feels like a core scheduling/EMR function, not a marketing add-on. I was hoping for a HIPAA-compliant waitlist within the existing EMR where people can submit preferred days/times and then receive automatic text notifications when a matching cancellation opens up. I don’t need review generation, campaigns, or other extras.
Please consider adding the waitlist to existing EMR plans, or offering it as a low-cost standalone add-on (ideally under $20/month). That would make the feature accessible to many small practices who genuinely need it. Thank you for considering a waitlist-only option.

This doesn’t quite reflect what this post, or what many voters, were hoping for. While we appreciate the effort that went into expanding this idea, it feels like a highly requested request was built into a much larger product that wasn’t a priority for many users.
There’s some growing frustration because the core EMR still has a lot of room for improvement, and despite many users voicing similar feedback over time, those concerns continue to go unnoticed.
We’d really value seeing that same level of attention directed toward refining the existing EMR features that users rely on daily.
Cheers, happy new year everyone.

Not happy that the waitlist, sending emails blast without appt tied to it are merged into something else that I don't need as we already use a HIPAA complaint phone service.

Super disappointing that a waitlist feature is part of a bigger marketing plan.
