Visit Counter

Could the visit number be on the timeline so that when we look at it we can also count in case we are counting from a ReEval visit/note posted there? It also would make sense to have the Session Tracker allow us to put the "end date" that it has but request the Task that can be created X days/weeks ahead of when it is due. Meaning, if I have a Plan of Care that expires in 90 days or 10 visits (Whichever is sooner) then we enter that info into the Session Tracker but we ask that the Task it creates notifies us 2 weeks or 2 visits prior to the actual End Date. ALSO-- I put in a request for the Tasks and the Session Tracker to be able to pop-up while we are doing a note. That way we can have a Plan of Care doc that we just add the Session Tracker (& secondarily there the Task) while doing the note and we aren't hoping that the therapist remembers to go back in and add that later. Maybe it could even be a question type that we could add to a Note template so that we ask the practicioner "Does this Plan of Care need a Session Tracker?" and then if they click "Yes" it opens the Session Tracker and has the Calendar that can tell us how many days we have (eg 90 days from today = X date on calendar). Or a question on a form "Does this Note require a Task to be created?" and when they select "Yes" then the Task List opens and can be moved around so they can add it right there and not be going back and forth between windows. Thanks for reading this far. LOLOL.
