What about past appointments. In the client list, I'd like to be able to see the most recent appt date per client.

What about a 'Appts' Tab on the Client Profile that would give you more info about the appt history of the client?

go to lists, appointments and search by client. you can then filter by date

Tyson Edwards: not ideal or a deal breaker. just a suggestion that a compact list of appointment dates/days and times so our seniors could take a print out home. Thanks anyway.

you can do this on the chart. click the 3 little dots on the timeline view in the client chart :)
