Update Fullscript integration to transfer all demographic info when ordering labs

When ordering labs through Fullscript: If I want to pay for the lab order, I have to enter all the demographic information into Fullscript because PracticeQ only passes the name and email through. Can you update the integration to pass all demographic information (name, address, phone, email)?

I can't upvote this enough. Also, drop those labs into the chart, the retrieval process is cumbersome.
