Tyson Edwards: somehow to alert us when a patient owes money

Tyson Edwards: it might be challenging the way the client profile is currently set up, but some visual to say this client has a balance. Currently when you open a chart/profile, you have to click into the different tabs to check and see if there is anything due. My team won’t ever remember to do this for this clients. (Would be great if “credit card expired” alert was here too 😊)

Tyson Edwards: If the same little orange triangle with the explanation mark in it that appears on the invoice tab now could at least appear somewhere on the appt screen like near there name or just some type of alert that popped up. Its impossible to get providers to look at every patients account to know there is a balance due.

Tyson Edwards: It would be helpful if you could see this icon already just by going to list>clients. An orange icon for unpaid invoices and a green icon for incomplete intakes would be perfect. Let me know if I should make a separate request.

Aliccia Matteson: I agree the current separate invoices system is horrible for admins.
