We would like for there to be a trigger for a process simply when a new client is added to the system as our team has to do certain tasks when this happens, such as adding them to our mailing list, communications platform (Spruce, Ring Central, etc).
Booking or form triggers don't work here because then we would be tasked whenever they book that appointment type, which is not what we want. We only want it for the FIRST appointment they book, or when they are first created as a client.
Right now I am resorting to a Zap in Zapier which sends us an email when a new client is created, but it is not ideal. Requires manual work and is not very trackable with a deadline/priority.
