I have two forms I send to initial clients. Many times the parent only fills out one because the notification for the forms is the same, so they assume I just resent the same form twice. Allowing the patient to see " XX shared consent form with you" and "XX shared Intake Form" with you would be more helpful and save time on resending forms again and explaining to parents these forms are different. Also, a notification for patients on the portal, email, and SMS that there are unsigned forms that need attention as well.
