I'm like many that use third party billing services for insurance claims.

There is no way to manage claims filed outside of IntakeQ in bulk. The current ghost claim method involves too many steps with manual entry when this could be automated. It is impractical for group practices.

Being able to import 835s / ERAs is needed at minimum, with integrations with Headway / Alma, and revenue cycle management platforms such as Open Practice is preferred.
