Please create a feature to require forms are completed before client can enter the telehealth visit. For in-person visits, clients fill out required forms in the waiting room. We need this same feature for telehealth. This needs to be separate from the option to require a that a form of completed before the visit is confirmed; we need day-of-visit form access (specifically, in our practice, we need to have them complete a telehealth-specific form that confirms they are in a safe and billing-appropriate location, plus a phq-9).
