We need training and more immediate support about solving user interface and tech issues. Basic problems are addressed through back and forth emailing in a long dragged out process and a lot is lost in translation. Even a basic super user training provided by practiceQ for a single superuser representative so they can go back to their practice and be helpful.

I agree. Several back and forth emails over several hours could often be avoided through a 3-5 minute phone call.

I agree, while support is usually responsive, in some cases we've gone round in circles a bit misunderstanding the point when a 2 minute phone call could've clarified the whole thing.

I really find calls much more time consuming than email. You often have to wait to get connect and put on hold while the look into it. IQ has been responsive and timely when I email them for help.

Yes please! Unfortunately I have had to contact support several times and it would be so much easier to have a number to call and get a solution in real time.
