Tasks into Notes: Ability to have the Task List and the Session Tracker pop up while still viewing a note that one is working on. For example, when you have a Plan of Care that you're setting and it needs to get signed and returned back then you could set a Task for 1 week to be sure it was returned (or an automated process that when it is locked, it automatically makes the task for you). Or, you have a case that has authorization' for X amount of time so you could set the Session Tracker inside the note while viewing what you're planning. We see this with Medicare and other insurances where they have a referral on X date but their Eval might be X date later so we need to then have the signature within 30 days of the actual Eval and we also need to keep track of 90 days from that Eval date so that we do a ReEvaluation. Hence, the ability to create a task or session tracker (which itself can be set to create a task) helps to avoid missing getting that set up and also helps with the dates that are multiple to remember to do while seeing someone.
