I would love to have a notice of all unlocked notes to keep me on track for locking my notes. My charm portal would tell me how many open notes I had, having an way of succinctly identifying my open notes would be incredible.

Tyson Edwards: Yes, but preferably with Date of Service also. That way we're covering all service-related notes and freestanding notes.

This can be seen if you go to Lists > Notes and filter for "unlocked". Unless there is something different you are looking for.

Hi, maybe we could make this a dashboard widget. What info would you need? Client Name, Date of Note, anything else?

Tyson Edwards: client name, date of service, date of note. I’d also like to see this along with this as previously mentioned, sessions that are missing notes

Ryne Evans: I agree- client name, date of service, date of note (this last one is especially important for notes like diagnostic assessments and treatment plans that aren't attached to a specific appointment). But I'd also like to include Practitioner name.

Tyson Edwards: I agree with the above, definitely date of service included, and I wonder if it could be a widget that allows certain columns to be hid? I'm a solo practitioner, so practitioner name is irrelevant for me, but clearly important to other people!
