For third party billing (e.g. Headway), it would be really efficient to have a tagging feature for appointments as well to show claim submitted, paid, etc. or other information rather than having to create ghost claims to track in IntakeQ.

If not tags, a way to simply indicate with an invoice where in the insurance billing process a third party claim filing is and record the insurance payment to the total for the appointment without the need for ghost billing.
