To support our efforts in maintaining national accreditation, we propose adding a Medical Profile tab to the client overview page. This tab would centralize critical client health information, such as medical history, allergies, medications, and treatment plans, ensuring it is easily accessible. Having this information readily available would streamline our workflows, improve documentation accuracy, and simplify compliance audits. This enhancement would not only help us meet accreditation standards but also ensure we can efficiently access and update important medical information to provide high-quality, coordinated care.
