We sometimes need to print out a secondary insurance claim but the software does not allow balances to be transferred to the secondary insurance. This would also make it easier to check secondary claim aging.

It would be nice to have this feature. I am currently spending about 35 hours a week making sure secondarys are sent and processed. Then they have to be manually posted when the payments come in because are not recognized when trying to auto post. because

I would like to see a feature added to submit secondary insurance claims. There are a lot of patients that have a secondary insurance and I have to go out of the system and manually enter them into my clearing house. That is definitely a hassle and it takes up a lot of time.

Has ANYONE had luck with filing secondary claims? Clicking "yes" for include secondary insurance on primary claim doesn't work. Also doing in manually in Office Ally isn't effective either... HELP!!!! There is NO reason this feature should not be available.... it's been promised since 2022 - really regretting switching to PracticeQ now.
