Soap Notes

I’ve been using IntakeQ for managing client visits and appreciate many of the platform’s features. However, there are key areas where improvements would significantly enhance usability and the quality of documentation:
Limited SOAP Note Flexibility: Currently, SOAP notes are quite restrictive and don’t allow the creation of meaningful, comprehensive treatment reports that resemble what a standard EMR system can produce. This limitation makes it difficult to convey the full scope of patient care and treatment plans.
Drag-and-Drop Interface for Visit Notes: A drag-and-drop feature for visit notes would greatly improve efficiency and organization. The ability to reorder content blocks quickly and easily would help ensure a logical flow of information without the need for manual copy-and-paste adjustments.
More Robust, Professional Report Formats: A dedicated, customizable visit report format is critical. Implementing a cleaner layout with customizable text styles, headers, and spacing would result in professional, easy-to-read documentation that is both client-friendly and consistent.
Could you please advise if these enhancements are on your product roadmap?
