I would love to be able to create snippets that can auto populate placeholders based on information found within the client’s profile and custom fields. For example: name, age, sex, and pronouns.

Not only these but also [diagnosis] [referring doctor] [procedure] etc.
It should be made to auto-populate more customized notes based on the patient chart.
I also think that there should be a way to have editable documentation pre-embedded in the Note empty fields, that you can just edit instead of fully filling out or pulling from snippets.  Some of my notes are so routing it would be much better to just have the Snippets pre-filled out in the Note fields.

Snippets need some work. This would be great. Also basic formatting settings, Colors (i.e. for allergies), BOLD, lists, checkboxes, etc. Sometimes I miss my word doc notes
