The technology exisits to to have the system send an SMS (if provider selects the setting) to the provided.... lets have a feature that uses this technology to send SMS to thep provider when a session is cancelled or "missed" so the provider doesnt have to be on email all of the time to know if a client is cancelled last minute. nothing worse than coming in to work to find out first client cancelled and your next client is not for another 3 hours.
