SMS Reminders from a Single Number

Clients state receiving SMS reminders from multiple phone numbers and are not immediately sure who the message is from. I have added additional text in message template to make it clear the message is coming from my business, but that adds to the length of the message and is done so at an additional cost. It is also not a customer-focused approach when a client has multiple (in some cases 20+ numbers on file associated with my business).

Any updates on when this will enter the development pipeline. Based on my understanding from chatting with support, this used to be a feature. I’m not sure why features would ever be removed…
