Slow Platform

The platform is too slow, I have complications with every click. Opening charts, switching between session notes, forms section, every where. I have changed all factors that could be on my end. I have had several users trial was to increase speed, no changes. We have tried new computers and up to date software, different network connections (business and commercial), et cetera. Is this an issue that anyone has any options for or is this something that is being addressed? If it is being addressed is there an ETA for correction. Thank you.

Yes, I agree. Sometimes the pages don't load at all. I do try opening up multiple tabs to not have to navigate so much in the same window but even then each tab is slow. This is a major problem!

This platform has been incredibly slow the last month or so. Takes so long to navigate from one screen to the next

I have been told that it is slow opening my notes due to so many rules/mapping/pins built in so I work around that by having many, many IntakeQ tabs open
