I would like to have signatures include clinician full name and credentials and NPI number.

I asked them about that last year. They emailed me back, asking for the information I would want on there and they set it up on their end. It’s great that they did that for me, but I agree that it’d be a good thing (for all) if we could just set that up ourselves.

Joel Kouyoumjian I asked for it this AM and all I can do is add it in I guess the last name field. No option to add NPI. They said to put in a feature request, which is what this thread is, and that they will review but no guarantees it will be added.

Joel Kouyoumjian yes, all information is filled out. I ended up just adding my credentials into the last name field. I’m looking to have credentials and NPI by my signature because I’ve been getting patients who need a PT eval or note to get certain procedures approved.

Gilbert Tam, sure. I needed it for the same reason. What’s curious is that the Clinical Information data includes a place for our license number, but the only place I find that number displayed is in the notes with my signature. Seems it should auto-populate somewhere from that information. Otherwise, why ask for it?
