We have transferred care between practitioners, and ensuring that each practitioner now actually owns their current patient panel has been touch and go. For instance, we've used the client list and quick edit option to control access, but this does not actually control ownership. The result is that we have patients who are not, according to the system, assigned to any practitioner, which means they are much more likely to fall through the cracks, and practitioners cannot receive any of their portal messages.
