We have patients that see us for the insurance allotted visits and then go self pay. The following year when they have more visits through insurance and we set them back to insurance patients, all the self pay visits populate as available visits to create a claim.

If we could set a filter to default only show the insurance appt types and not our self pay appts it would fix the problem.
