In each patient's profile there is a subsection called FILES. I wanted to organize our documentation based on old plans of care, massage vs. physical therapy, etc.

When I pressed ADD FOLDER - it added a folder into EVERY patient's chart. Can we make it personalized per patient?

Ex. Not every patient is seen for massage (so a folder in every file is unnecessary).
