I've found you can schedule specific SMS to patients under Booking -> Booking Settings -> Messages. I love this feature, but I would like to use it to update clients on the status of their treatment plan (in particular for initial evaluations and re-evaluations where there are a set of procedures that have to happen before we can see the patient). Right now, I'm able to schedule messages only after a specific time frame. But the time frame that these tasks are completed vary. I would love to be able to have a 'snippet' of prewritten messages with a "send SMS to client" button similar to how we can send a form to a specific client.
