I've found you can schedule specific SMS to patients under Booking -> Booking Settings -> Messages. I love this feature, but I would like to use it to update clients on the status of their treatment plan (in particular for initial evaluations and re-evaluations where there are a set of procedures that have to happen before we can see the patient). Right now, I'm able to schedule messages only after a specific time frame. But the time frame that these tasks are completed vary. I would love to be able to have a 'snippet' of prewritten messages with a "send SMS to client" button similar to how we can send a form to a specific client. I've attached a screen shot of my example. Thank you!

A workaround may be to generate a task from the automations feature (so your admin staff could manually text).
I would love to see this suggested feature have autologic/ rules based upon client tags.
I have to get a referral prior to booking my clients. It would be nice if once a form was completed / a tag was assigned to a client that practiceq would autosend an email with booking link to client

Kaitlyn Lackey Yes! The automation would kind of work if a task is generated once a report is signed or faxed, but not all patients have to go to insurance. so the message would need to be different. I'm trying to avoid manually texting the patients as well. So have a list of "SMS" messages that i can send to a patient via intakeQ like a form without a time constraint would be great. Even better, would be like you suggested. The messages that are sent are also based on tags. So that a patient who is self-pay doesn't get a message saying "sending to insurance" because it's not. And that a medicaid patient wouldn't get "Please be prepared for payment at the time of visit" either.
