Most of my patients do not open or check their email. So, they never seen the appointment confirmations.
However, they do respond to SMS. Instead of email I would like SMS appointment confirmations. This is in addition to the appointment reminders they also get.

You can create this in a scheduled SMS message. You would have to send it out the day after the booking date. But it would work.
