Send Automatic Confirmation When Clients Cancel by SMS

When a client replies “No” to an SMS appointment reminder (using the optional confirm/cancel feature), their appointment is automatically canceled, but they don’t get any confirmation. This can leave them unsure and make them reach out to check. It would be so helpful if they could receive an automatic confirmation of the cancellation, ideally via a quick SMS reply or an email if SMS isn't available.
