It would be helpful to add # of follow up appts under email settings that I want this sent after. For example, being sent after 3rd appt with me. It's not helpful to send after xx days because the 3rd appt could be 3 weeks or 9 months, depending on the patients' needs.

Yep, this is already able to be set up in the emails settings

you can set this up yourself, in the emails/text settings page
