I am fairly new to the platform -- but I am not sure that the diagnoses carry over from one visit to the other. An "active" problem list that could be moved to "historical" on improvement or the ability to just see the active or previously used dx too, would go along the above idea too.

Yes, I agree. I typically import from the previous note into the new note, but then have to do all this extra formatting while I’m in the room with the patient. I’d like to be doing less keyboarding and mousing while with a patient. It would be nice to simply view any previous notes while staying in the current note without needing to open a new tab.

Yes this would be so helpful when doing therapy as well!
