Maybe offering some sort of secure email integration or ability to send quick secure emails to referring providers whom we share patients with. That way the communication is encrypted, HIPAA compliant, and secure - there's a few competitors that have this feature and it makes interdisciplinary collaboration and communication from provider to provider very convenient while remaining in our secure platform (instead of jumping between applications)!
