I would like to see a feature added to submit secondary insurance claims. There are a lot of patients that have a secondary insurance and I have to go out of the system and manually enter them into my clearing house. That is definitely a hassle and it takes up a lot of time.

Please add secondary claims balancing feature . Where we could add primary insurance allowed , paid and patient responsibility on claim.

Even though our billing team is willing to do it, it is time lost and would be a feature that would put PracticeQ on par with other EMRs out there. Would love to see this in a build coming soon!

Yes!!! It is so much extra work. I lose time every month doing secondary claims.
